IronBase is a recruiting marketplace where independent recruiters work open jobs, use AI tools to find and grade candidates, and get paid on every placement they make. Employers post roles free and pay only when they hire.
IronBase was founded by Gavin Blackman, who has spent 22 years in the recruiting business. Over that time the same problems kept showing up: recruiters who found the right candidate and still got cut out of the fee, employers buried in resumes nobody had read, and split agreements that lived in an email thread and fell apart the moment something went wrong.
So we built the platform we wished we'd had. Employers post jobs free and set their own terms. A network of independent recruiters works those jobs at the same time. Every candidate arrives graded against the actual requirements. And every placement is protected, with the terms on the job card and enforced by IronBase.
Anyone can buy a database of profiles. What recruiters and employers actually need is a way to work together without worrying about getting burned.
The fee, the split, the guarantee and the payment terms are on every job card before anyone submits a candidate. No surprises on payday.
A recruiter's candidate is theirs for 12 months from submission. If the client hires that candidate off platform, the fee is still owed and IronBase enforces it.
Our tools search 850M+ profiles and grade every candidate against the job. Recruiters still run the phone screen, make the call and close the deal.
Sniper, our AI candidate search, won Best Use of Bubble AI at the AI hackathon hosted by Anthropic, Bubble and Contra. It writes the Boolean search, hunts 850M+ profiles, grades every candidate and drafts the outreach.
